Hello, my name is John, I have a Ph.D. in exercise science and have been a professional natural bodybuilder winning several competitions including one INBA. I have always been passionate about teaching people, consequently, I have created this course so that I can show beginners how to get started as well as share the tips and tricks I have learned over the years.
Why This Course?
If you’re a beginner starting out this is the perfect course for you. Bodybuilding for the first time can be overwhelming and tiring – the typical jargon such as muscle hypertrophy sounds like another language to anyone new. In this course, everything will be broken down into simple understandable and easy parts.
Bodybuilding Should be Fun
Many people are easily put off bodybuilding by the sound of it – and I’m not surprised! A common misconception is that bodybuilding is extremely difficult and filled with sheer brutality. In my course this is not the case – I believe bodybuilding should be fun and consequently each exercise I teach you will be easy, simple and enjoyable!
